Pink Party

Jenny managed to organise a fantastic Pink Party event with the help of the Restgarth team and raised a substantial £305 to be shared with Breast Cancer Awareness and Cancer Research. Jenny’s enthusiasm and energy always make this event a happy and fun filled afternoon. We had some delicious cakes, ranging from pink teapots to gorgeous pink roses – very artistic and much admired.

A big thank you to all those who took part in this worthy and inspiring charity event.

We also named our new little kitten by our lucky dip name suggestions put in to the box, all our residents suggested a name and the lucky dip winner was “Sophia”, which derives from the Greek word of ‘wisdom’. Hopefully she will grow into her namesake!
